I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the report you prepared for the Haemophilia Foundation of Uganda. I have gone through it, and I must say it is exceptionally and beautifully designed. You managed to capture our impact and data in a way that is both professional and visually engaging.

For over two years I had the pleasure to work with Humphery in my capacity as Head of the Facility Management Unit at DGF. In this period, Humphery showed to be a very pleasant, diligent and knowledgeable colleague. Within two years, he got promoted from Organizational Development Advisor to Corporate Capability Manager. In this capacity he led the DGF Corporate Capability team on 5 core functions: Monitoring and Evaluation, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communication and knowledge management, Gender and youth. Apart from being very knowledgeable and skilful in these technical areas, he also proved to be a much respected team leader. Humphery will be an asset to any organization and I sincerely wish him all the best in his professional and personal life.

Humphrey is an incredibly talented person with an amazing personality - calm, professional, thoughtful. He is very considerate of his co-workers and is very organized. He's willing to take on new or additional responsibilities as needed with a focus on ensuring that progress is made within the project. Technically he has a strong background in organizational development/ capacity strengthening. I would be more than happy to work with Humphrey again and hope to be able to do so in the future.

The team had a great time working with you on the project. We appreciated the concise and prompt feedback on the work as we progressed. The goal was established early and clear enough to work toward with a clarity that gave us comfort in knowing we were always on the right track.

I had the privilege of working under Humphrey Rwabugahya, during a documentary project for the Democratic Governance Facility, where he served as the Communications Specialist overseeing the production. From the beginning, Humphrey stood out as a very knowledgeable and experienced professional. What stood out most, however, was his character and leadership style. Humphrey creates an environment where creatives feel respected, supported, and comfortable to express their ideas, while still maintaining strong professional standards. His patience and approach made the entire experience both productive and enjoyable. Working with Humphrey was both a learning experience and a privilege. I remain grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with him and would highly recommend him to any team seeking a knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and deeply collaborative communications professional.
