You will need to create an account when submitting your paper, allowing you to track the progress of your submission(s). Additionally, you will receive email notifications from the AES 2026 organizers to keep you informed of any updates.

Accepted papers can be presented either virtually or in person. The presenter does not have to be the submitter, though we prefer the main author to present. However, if a co-author presents on your behalf, your paper will still qualify for publication.

You need to register and request a Visa Support Letter. This enables us to assist you if the visa office reaches out for verification. After registering, please provide the following information, and we will be glad to assist you:
  • Full name as it appears on your passport
  • Address
  • Passport number
  • Date of birth
  • Country of residence.
